RJB Property is fully accredited by the RCIS and was founded by Rhea Balfour in 2020, an RCIS Surveyor and valuer with over 20 years of experience working with some of Scotland’s most prolific property firms.
Rhea originally grew up in Shetland, and has been passionate about property from a young age, however it wasn’t until March 2020, that she realised there was something missing from the current property services available.
We are experienced professionals passionate about all things property, we are your pragmatic point of contact. We listen, come to the table with solutions and are a pleasure to converse with, no matter the challenge at hand.
As a boutique business we are authentic and agile, tailoring our premium service to your unique requirements and market trends with nothing too big or small.
