Luxury Concierge Services from RJB Property

Our client lived abroad and purchased this new build property off plan. RJB property, managed the Design phase of the project and we now manage the running of this prestigious property, getting it ready for when the client visits Edinburgh for holidays as a family or with guests.

Using our extensive knowledge and expertise in the property sector we worked closely with our clients via weekly zoom calls coordinating their estate agents and developers to ensure the smooth design process of their new build was executed.

On completion of the build we worked closely with Jeffreys Interiors of Edinburgh to deliver a high end design which included a full interior fit out to ensure the property was livable for when the clients visited.

RJB property now manages this property carrying out monthly checks of boilers, running water, monthly cleaning and general maintenance reports. In addition, our clients use our luxury concierge packages for when they visit or have guests to ensure that they have a relaxing stay when they come to Edinburgh.

Everything from cleaning the property, renting a car, having a fully stocked fridge and having their favorite hamper in situ for their arrival. We put the holiday back into their home.

With every visit there are different requirements, but that is why delegating to the luxury home experts is of benefit to them.

  • We assisted in the choosing of the design specifications via the developer
  • We commissioned an Interior Designer and coordinated the design process
  • Management of the property liaising with the factors if need be
  • Regular checks on the property to ensure free from defect
  • Monthly clean while clients away (this includes running all taps/showers/baths etc to keep legionella free)
  • Luxury Arrival Package
  • Post Care Package
  • Boujee Package – For friends and family
  • Organise boiler servicing Annual gas check
  • Regular Maintenance on the property ensuring finishes and materials are in good working order.
