This will depend on the size of the project. There is an initial consultancy/fact and cost finding fee and the cost is usually a percentage of the project. 

Not at all. The day to day running and overseeing of works are carried out by RJB but the client is kept fully involved at all times to include site visits to inspect progress, weekly updates (if not more depending on the project stage).

We will inspect the property at least twice a week, sometimes more depending on what stage of the project we are at.

No problem! We can handle the sales process (say client not in uk) and introduce the client to solicitors/estate agents etc. We can handle viewings on the clients behalf (if you don’t want to have the estate agents do it for privacy purposes)

Regular zoom meetings and calls – really however the client wants to do it. We will always plan ahead to ensure that we consider time differences  when working with clients who live outside the UK.  

We only work with private homeowners, and we offer a bespoke and personal service to our clients.  We are approachable and tailor our services to suit your individual requirements.  You are not a number to us, we want to form relationships with our clients.  

We want you to relax and make the most of your home knowing all of the day-to-day upkeep is taken care of. After all, running a property can be time consuming and it’s easy to get caught up in all the extra tasks, domestic chores, maintenance and stresses that take away from the more important things. 

Whether it’s cleaning, getting your property guest ready, having the knowledge that your home is safe and well-maintained, or even preparing your second home with a spruce up, fresh flowers and a fully-stocked fridge.  How you feel when you arrive at  your property and when you are away from it is of the utmost importance to us.  We want to encourage you to see your house as a home. 

Of course. Whether it’s the concierge service, regular check, maintenance work or a request by the client or any other reason to visit, we will always report back to the client.

Our main client base is in Edinburgh and Lothians, however we do cover the rest of Scotland.
