RJB Property are specialists in dealing with high end properties located in the prosperous City of Edinburgh and surrounding areas. We provide luxury private homeowners and investors the opportunity to remove the worry, stress and time associated with running a property.
We are not your everyday property management company. We only work with private homeowners, and we offer a bespoke and personal service to our clients. We are approachable and tailor our services to suit your requirements. You are not a number to us. We want to form relationships with our clients.
We want you to relax and make the most of your home knowing all of the day-to-day upkeep is taken care of. After all, running a property can be time consuming and it’s easy to get caught up in all the extra tasks, domestic chores, maintenance and stresses that take away from the more important things.
Whether it’s cleaning, getting your property guest ready, having the knowledge that your home is safe and well-maintained, or even preparing your second home with a spruce up, fresh flowers and a fully-stocked fridge. How you feel when you arrive at your property and when you are away from it is of the utmost importance to us. We want to encourage you to see your house as a home. We take care of the things that you don’t have the time to organise.
We are a boutique private home management company who primarily work with private homeowners. You may have a second property and live abroad. We aspire to work with all types of clients, so whether you are a busy professional couple, active young family, enthusiastic entrepreneur or retired and looking to make the most of your time, then with our suite of services we’ve got your needs covered with our tailored approach and services…so you can get busy relaxing.
During our initial inspection of your property, we will carry out a thorough review of both internally and externally to ensure that it is prepared and ready for your future care programme.
We carry out quarterly maintenance checks, which includes a roof inspection and maintenance survey. This ensures that your property is well maintained, in good condition and that you are thinking ahead for any future issues which may arise.
Ensuring that your property is well maintained when it is vacant will ensure that your property is kept in its best condition. By carrying out regular pre & post stay checks, this will guarantee the safety and smooth running of your property.
Using one of our luxury arrival packages we can ensure that your property is ready and raring to go for you when you arrive. A fully cleaned, fresh linen in situ, stocked fridge and champagne on arrival. We can even organise your food shopping and pick you up from the airport.
We will prepare the property for your arrival ensuring that your property is freshly cleaned, with fresh towels, fresh flowers, a food hamper - give us your shopping list or select from one of our local suppliers, your favourite essentials, your rooms made up and of course your champagne will be ready and waiting for you in the fridge. Do you have guests that are looking to stay in your property? Or are you arriving with your guests. We will prepare your property as described in the regular arrival package but do you want to add in some bespoke gifts for your guest for example their favourite snack, a gift you have purchased prior to their arrival. We can take care of this all for you to ensure that your guests have the most relaxing stay in your property.

We will arrange for all your linen to be laundered, the property to be cleaned, fridge to be empty and all safety checks to be carried out. All linen will be left off the beds until the property is ready to be used again.
