Our clients are based in Aberdeen and have an established property portfolio in the city.  Rankeillor street is an additional investment and their vision was to create a stylishly refurbished property which will be used for Student Accommodation.

The property itself was in full disrepair following damp investigation works and with the clients living outside of the city, RJB Property were asked to fully manage the refurbishment and interior design of the project. The clients want a full turnkey service ready for tenants to walk in, so that it can be put to market as soon as possible.

Please note this project is still in progress and is due to complete at the end of October.
