We work with all types of clients, whether you are living abroad, a property investor, a busy entrepreneur or retired. Acting on your behalf, we can take your design project and introduce you to our accredited network of relevant trades and designers. We can take care of all the stress for you but involve you in the important decisions during the design process. We want to help make the process as easy as possible for you.

We will carry out a detailed consultation process to uncover your aspirations for your project and to determine what elements will be required. Depending on the size of your project, this will determine who we will need to appoint. This can include Extensions, Renovations, Refurbishment, Landscaping and Interior Design.
We will work with our extensive network of trusted accredited designers, architects, craftsmen and specialist trades to determine who will translate your vision for the project. Proposals will be created and we will coordinate the whole process ensuring you are involved in the journey from start to finish.
An interim budget will be determined from the beginning of the project which will be managed by our inhouse project managers. All quotations from our trades will be supplied in advance of work being carried out.
When all design works are approved, a programme of works will be agreed and scheduled to suit all parties. Weekly reporting, including regular photographs will be sent to you so that you are involved in the process and can see how your project is progressing.
Your dedicated project manager will always be in communication with you with updates and will be available for any questions. A weekly report will be sent to you so you can have a clear record of what is happening and when it will be happening.
All design and finish selection will be coordinated by your project manager and designers ensuring that you are involved at all points of the process. Relevant samples will be sent to you for review.
Once the design is complete, we will carry out a snagging process and ensure that all imperfections are repaired.
We will ensure your property is fully cleaned and work with the designers to style and present your property ready for your arrival.
